    Product Description:

    Zaatar is a traditional Middle Eastern spice blend (and also refers to the aromatic wild herb originally used) valued for its complex, herbaceous-earthy flavour and versatility in culinary and wellness applications. The blend is carefully prepared by combining dried herbs — typically a wild thyme/oregano-type herb — with tangy sumac, toasted sesame seeds, and sea salt. The mixture is processed under hygienic conditions to preserve aroma, flavour, and nutritional integrity.

    Processed in GMP- and BRCGS-certified facilities, Za’atar is supplied in ready-to-use spice-blend form to meet both domestic and international quality standards.
