Borage also called Starflower, bee bush; leaves and flowers are edible and can be used medicinally.
The leaves have been used to treat rheumatism, colds, bronchitis and to increase lactation in women.
It is esteemed as Tonic, Diuretic, Demulcent & Ateratice and is mush prescribed as a Tonic in Decoction.
