    Product Description:

    Bay leaves is one of the most important ingredients of ‘Garam Masala’ and is also used as a complete leaf in ‘Tadka’. The long dried leaf used in Indian kitchens is known as Tamal Patra, Tejpatra, Tejpan, Tvakpatra, etc. Tamal Patra is its Sanskrit name which means Dark Leaf. It is used as a flavouring agent.
