Job Description
● Engage in one-on-one reviews with salespeople to maximize performance.
● Being a Sales HOD monitor & analyze sales team and key account managers performance to evaluate the effectiveness of training & design follow up or ongoing program as needed.
● Strategize new training methods to be implemented.
● Motivate, coach, and mentor the team to both grow existing accounts and capture new business from the Global Market by developing effective sales strategies to ensure 100% achievement.
● Organizing and managing the sales team to achieve the required sales targets.
● Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales.
● Managing and training a hardworking, results-oriented sales force. Helping with several management functions to support sales functions.
● Demonstrate and explain the operation and use of products.
● Prepare sales presentations or proposals to explain product specifications or applications.
● Determines training requirements by studying sales and marketing strategic plans and current sales results; conferring with sales executives; reviewing results of trainer coaching; evaluating training effectiveness.
● Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through contract negotiation/ execution to delivery hand off.
