We are hiring a Sales Head to lead and manage our Inside Sales Team, focused on supplying
ingredients to the Pharmaceutical, Dietary Supplements, Food, Healthcare, Ayurvedic, and
Nutraceuticals industries. The candidate must have a strong background in B2B sales, CRM
operations, and team performance tracking, 

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the Inside Sales Team to ensure consistent performance, discipline, and
achievement of sales targets.
2. Ensure daily calling targets, follow-ups, and reporting are monitored and traceable through
the CRM system.
3. Track and analyze call logs, lead status, and follow-up activities to maintain visibility into
the team’s productivity and lead conversion ratios.
4. Implement and oversee CRM handling and data accuracy for all customer interactions,
inquiries, and orders.
5. Drive B2B sales initiatives, targeting clients from ingredient-user industries such as Pharma,
Food, Healthcare, and Ayurveda.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements
and offering tailored solutions.
7. Oversee customer complaint resolution and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
8. Provide training and product awareness to the team on ingredients like herbs, botanicals,
seasonings, and other specialized materials.
9. Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
10. Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to senior management.

Candidate Profile:
1. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Sales,
2. Strong command over CRM systems ( Odoo ).
3. Excellent communication, team leadership, and analytical skills.
4. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
5. Qualification – Any Graduate
