Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative & Calendar Management :
a. Managing the MD’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
b. Prioritizing and handling urgent matters efficiently.
c. Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. - Communication & Coordination :
a. Acting as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
b. Drafting emails, reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
c. Ensuring timely follow-ups and responses. - Business Support & Project Management :
a. Assisting with strategic initiatives and special projects.
b. Conducting research and preparing reports for decision-making.
c. Coordinating with various departments to align business objectives. - Financial & Document Management :
a. Reviewing and summarizing financial reports, contracts, and legal documents.
b. Handling expense reports, invoices, and budgeting assistance. - Confidentiality & Discretion :
a. Handling sensitive business and personal information with utmost confidentiality.
b. Ensuring data security and compliance with company policies. - Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Support :
a. Identifying challenges and proposing solutions proactively.
b. Assisting the MD in high-priority tasks and strategic planning.
