Post – Executive Assistant to MD
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative & Calendar Management
- Managing the MD’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritizing and handling urgent matters efficiently.
- Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
2. Communication & Coordination
- Acting as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Drafting emails, reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Ensuring timely follow-ups and responses.
3. Business Support & Project Management
- Assisting with strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Conducting research and preparing reports for decision-making.
- Coordinating with various departments to align business objectives.
4. Financial & Document Management
- Reviewing and summarizing financial reports, contracts, and legal documents.
- Handling expense reports, invoices, and budgeting assistance.
5. Confidentiality & Discretion
- Handling sensitive business and personal information with utmost confidentiality.
- Ensuring data security and compliance with company policies.
6. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Support
- Identifying challenges and proposing solutions proactively.
- Assisting the MD in high-priority tasks and strategic planning.
