Job responsibilities :

  1. Strategic Financial Planning & Leadership :
    Develops and implements financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
    Collaborates with the CEO and executive team to align financial goals with business objectives.
    Oversees long-term investment and risk management strategies.
  2. Financial Reporting & Compliance :
    Ensures accurate and timely financial reporting as per domestic and international accounting standards
    Maintains compliance with tax regulations, audits, and corporate governance policies.
    Liaises with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and investors.
  3. Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Control :
    Leads budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
    Implements cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining operational efficiency.
    Monitors key financial metrics like profit margins, cash flow, and working capital.
  4. Internal Auditing & Risk Management :
    Establishes robust internal controls to prevent fraud and financial mismanagement.
    Identifies financial risks and develops mitigation strategies.
    Ensures compliance with industry-specific regulations and legal frameworks.
  5. Financial Analysis & Decision Support :
    Conducts financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions
    Evaluates investment opportunities, M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions), and expansion plans.
    Provides insights into operational costs, inventory valuation, and supply chain finance.
  6. Cash Flow Management :
    Manages liquidity, working capital, and banking relationships.
    Optimizes capital structure, debt financing, and funding strategies.
    Oversees foreign exchange (Forex) management for international transactions.
  7. Technology & Digital Transformation :
    Implements ERP systems like Odoo or Tally for better financial management.
    Leverages data analytics, AI, and automation for improved financial decision-making.
  8. Leadership & Team Development :
    Leads the finance team, including accountants, auditors, and financial analysts.
    Develops financial training programs to enhance team skills and efficiency.
    Communicates financial performance and strategic insights to stakeholders.
